We just love Jahmal and are so grateful to have found an honest and trustworthy repairman! With newer Samsung appliances we quickly found that an appliance repair person was going to be our best friend. Jahmal resolved a microwave issue that plagued us for years that the Samsung warranty repair people failed to resolve after multiple visits. Our microwave would randomly start on its own in the middle of the night - we were afraid it was the fire hazard and we're worried we were going to have to replace a very expensive and newer appliance. Jahmal saved us from that expense and did so at a very reasonable cost. He also fixed the ice maker that, again, the warranty professionals were not able to fix. I also referred my parents to him when they started having problems with their refrigerator. He is on time, professional, honest and forthright, and I simply trust him. The technician, Jahmal, arrived at my house on time, and looked and was very professional. He repaired my late model, Bosch refrigerator icemaker, which was extremely sophisticated, but no match for his high-tech skills. He was very courteous and and obviously very knowledgeable. I can't recommend HomeWorks highly enough. Jahmal fixed my refrigerator and stabilized my loose dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable. He gave me several options without pressure to go one way or the other.
